About Erika
Hi, I'm Erika.
I'm not standing on the other side of this journey telling women how to live their lives. I'm living it too.
I'm a 47-year-old woman, wife, mother, author and entrepreneur navigating my own questions about identity, confidence, purpose, relationships, work and what comes next.
For many years, I poured myself into my family, my home and the businesses my husband and I were building. Like so many women, I became accustomed to being the person everyone needed—and somewhere along the way, I stopped asking what I needed.
Then life began to change.
My children were growing up. The future I once imagined started to look different. And I found myself asking:
- Who am I now?
- What do I want?
- Can I trust myself?
- Is it too late to begin again?
why
Why I created Everyday Erika
I didn't create Everyday Erika because I had everything figured out.
I created it because I believe women need more places where we can talk honestly about these seasons—without judgment, pressure or pretending.
Everyday Erika is for the woman over 40 who has spent years caring for everyone else and is now wondering where she belongs in her own life.
It is a space to pause, reconnect with yourself and explore what comes next through honest conversations, simple practices and meaningful community.

How I show up
I'm not here to tell you who you should become.
I'm here to share what I'm learning, ask the questions that help us look inward and create spaces where women can feel seen, heard and supported.
Not as someone who has all the answers.
Woman to woman.
You are allowed to begin again.
- Maybe this chapter isn't about becoming someone completely new.
- Maybe it's about coming home to the woman who has been there all along.
You don't need to have everything figured out. You only need a place to begin.
Welcome to Everyday Erika.
