Everyday Circle

You're invited to the first Everyday Circle

Sometimes nothing is technically “wrong,” but you still know something inside you has changed.

  • Maybe your children need you differently now.
  • Maybe your marriage, career, body, confidence, priorities, or dreams have changed.
  • Maybe you've spent so much time taking care of life that you're wondering where you went.

If you've been asking yourself:

What do I want now?
Who am I becoming?
Where do I even start?

I created the Everyday Circle for conversations like these.

What the hour is like

What the hour is

  • Just women having a real conversation about the season we're in.
  • We'll leave with one small intentional step to carry into the week ahead.

What you don't need to bring

  • No pressure to have answers.
  • No pretending.
  • No perfect version of yourself required.

Circle agreements

Before we begin, we agree on a few things.

What is shared here stays here.

We can share what we learned, but we don't share another woman's personal story.

We listen without fixing.

Sometimes someone needs advice. Sometimes she simply needs to be heard. We ask before offering advice.

Everyone's experience is valid.

Our lives may look very different, but we don't compare pain, success, relationships, motherhood, finances or where we “should” be.

You may pass.

You never have to answer a question.

There are no perfect answers.

This is a conversation, not a performance.

Reserve your place

I'm glad you're here. Once you have registered I will send you a few questions, so I know who is joining us and can make the conversation a more meaningful one.

6–10 women only, so places are confirmed individually. The Everyday Circle is a peer-support and reflective community experience. It is not therapy, mental-health treatment, medical care, or crisis support.
